Founders Erica Johnson and Jason LaValla started this project in 2018 because they wanted the option to enjoy a well-crafted drink without the need to choose alcohol.

They have developed each of Casamara Club’s recipes in their homes, blending carefully sourced ingredients, and always sharing tastes with partners and friends along the way.

This intimate process of refining by tasting and sharing is key to why their creations continue to win critical acclaim, industry awards, and placements on some of the most respected and influential menus in the country.

Casamara Club is based in Detroit, Michigan.
